I build the systems that make GTM numbers trustworthy — then use them to make GTM strategy work.

GTM strategy & RevOps for B2B SaaS. Operator and consultant. AI-native.

About

Most GTM advice comes from people who've only sat on one side of the table — either inside an operating company, or outside as a consultant. I've done both, twice over.

At Strategy& (PwC), I lead GTM value-creation programs for private equity-backed SaaS companies — redesigning quote-to-cash motions, sales structures, and incentive models across 10+ engagements. Before that, at SBI Growth Advisory, I advised high-growth B2B SaaS companies on GTM strategy and commercial diligence for C-suite and sponsor audiences.

In between, I operated. At Voxel AI, I built the RevOps function from the ground up — architecting Salesforce, standing up the tech stack, and designing the data infrastructure that made forecasting and pipeline reporting actually reliable. I took quota attainment from ~30% to 105%.

That combination is the point. I've seen how GTM orgs get architected in ways that make board-level numbers impossible to trust without manual cleanup — and I know how to fix that at the data layer, not just the strategy layer. I'm also AI-native: I build agents and internal tooling (in Claude Code, VS Code) to speed up analysis and cut the resourcing needed to get there.

Based in New York.

SBI Growth Advisory

Consultant

SBI Growth Advisory is a B2B-focused growth consultancy that pairs hands-on strategy work with proprietary benchmark data across sales, marketing, and RevOps. Clients range from software and PE-backed companies to larger enterprises building more efficient go-to-market engines.

Advised high-growth B2B SaaS companies on go-to-market strategy and commercial due diligence for C-suite and PE sponsor audiences. Worked across the full GTM stack: sales enablement, process redesign, coverage models, account segmentation, and roles and competencies design. This is where the operator-versus-consultant lens started to form, seeing the same GTM problems recur across companies and learning to tell the difference between a strategy problem and an execution problem before recommending a fix.

Power Factors

Sales Operations Manager

Power Factors builds software that helps owners and operators of renewable energy assets — wind, solar, and storage — monitor performance, automate workflows, and manage operations at scale.

Scaled the sales operations function from a team of one to six, building the planning, forecasting, and analytics infrastructure a global sales org needed to run on. Stood up and ran the deal desk from scratch, and owned sales compensation design along with payout calculation. Led the commercial side of a Salesforce CPQ platform transition during a company acquisition, running the weekly cadence that translated business requirements into system changes and got two organizations' sales operations functions actually integrated. Redesigned the order processing workflow, cutting the time it took to turn a signed deal into a booked customer.

Voxel AI

Revenue Operations Manager / Chief of Staff

Voxel is an AI computer vision platform that turns existing facility cameras into a real-time safety system for industrial workplaces, helping operators catch risks before they become incidents.

Built the revenue operations function from the ground up. Architected Salesforce specifically to make board-level reporting and analysis reliable rather than a manual reconciliation exercise, then selected and implemented the sales tech stack (Clari, Gong, Outreach) to support it. Defined the ICP, designed account prioritization and lead process, and built sales enablement programs alongside messaging frameworks for key buyer personas, combining CRM data with direct buyer interviews. The result: quota attainment moved from roughly 30% to 105%. This is the engagement that shaped a core belief: most GTM problems are data architecture problems wearing a strategy costume.

Strategy& (PwC)

Manager, Private Equity Value Creation (Go-To-Market)

Strategy& is PwC's global strategy consulting arm, advising leadership teams on corporate strategy, M&A, and large-scale transformation across every major industry.

Leads GTM value-creation and exit-readiness engagements for private equity-backed companies, spanning marketing, sales, channel, customer success, and revenue operations. Designs governance models, account segmentation, coverage and capacity plans, org models, and pricing strategy for portfolio companies moving from post-close transformation to exit prep. Partners with commercial due diligence teams to translate market findings into operating changes the commercial organization can actually execute, and has directed buy-side diligence on deals as large as $2.5B. Has now seen the GTM function from nearly every angle: what needs to be true operationally for a growth story to hold up under diligence, and what needs to change for it to hold up after close.
